INGREDIENTS
Besan - 1 cup
Ginger - 2tsps(chopped)
Vamu - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - For deep frying
METHOD
1.In a deep bottom vessel,mix besan, salt, vamu , green chilli paste with water to a smooth batter.
2.Add ginger to this batter and mix well.
3.Heat oil in a kadai, drop pakoras and fry .
Sprinkle Dry mango powder and chat masala and serve hot
