Eggless Sponge Cake

Easy Eggless Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

Sweetened condensed milk - 200 grams
Self-rising flour - 140 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Melted butter or oil - 60 ml 
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon 
Milk or water - 75 ml

Method:

1.Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes
2.Serve the flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
3.Mix the flour mixture, condensed milk, oil, essence, and Milk and beat well.
4.Pour the mixture into a greased and dusted cake pan.
5.Bake it for  20-25 minutes. 
6.Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and remove the cake after 15-20 minutes. 
7.Place the cake on the rack for it to cool down completely before slicing it.


You can decorate cake as your wish
