Mango Mousse


Ingredients:

Mango pulp -1/2cup
Heavy whipping cream -1cup
Agar agar -1tbsp
Powdered sugar -1/2cup
Sliced almonds and cherries for garnishing

Method:

In a wide bowl, whip the cream till stif peak
Add mango pulp and beat on medium speed
Add soaked agar agar and mix well
Add powdered sugar and mix well
Serve into desert bowl and garnish
Keep in a refrigrator and serve cool
